Is Schoollunches.co.nz available at my school?

Go to "Search Schools" or "Browse" and search for your school. If you cannot find your school, simply send us an email and we will see what we can do.

 

What days is it available at my school?

As we use your current suppliers to provide your school lunches, the supplier will set available days. This will be displayed when you go to place your order.

 

Who will be supplying our lunches?

We work with your current school lunch provider. Your schools supplier details will be displayed on your schools menu page.

 

When can I order?

You can place an order up a preset cut off time requested by your food supplier – this is usually 9.00am on the day of delivery, however this will be displayed on your schools menu page. There may be special items which will have a different cut off time however this will be clearly displayed on the menu item.

 

Orders can be placed anytime within the current term, up to the specified cut off time on the day of delivery.

 

How can I change my order?

You may change your order up to the specified cut off time for your school on the day of delivery. Any changes or cancellations placed after this time will not be processed. Simply click on My orders and update your order from there.

 

What happens if I cancel my order after the cut off time?

The system will not allow you to cancel your order after the specified cut off time on the day of delivery. Your meal will be delivered as usual. You may wish to have an alternative person collect the lunch if your child is absent.

 

How do I know if my order has been has been received?

Once you have placed your order and paid for it, you will receive a confirmation email to your preset email address confirming your order has been placed.

 

How do I pay?

Schoollunches.co.nz provides you will 3 options to pay. Upon registration a Schoollunches credit account will be setup for you to transfer funds to in order to make payments from if you wish.

Alternatively we have teamed up with DPS to provide either Mastercard/Visa (including Debit cards) or Account to Account payments. You have the option of using one of these means to either top up a preset amount to your Schoollunches.co.nz credit account, or pay for just the amount of the order you have placed.

All transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars.

 

Are my credit card/account details secure?

We have teamed up with DPS Express to take care of all our banking needs through their secure systems. Schoollunches.co.nz does not hold any of your credit card or account details on our system.

 

My children are moving schools/classes. What do I do?

If your child is moving schools, and schoollunches.co.nz is not available at their new school, you can email requesting your account is closed and the balance (less applicable bank fees) is refunded to your selected account.

 

If your child is moving schools where schoollunches.co.nz is available or moving classes, simply login to your account and change/update your details under My Account.

 

I have lost my password. What do I do?

Click on the "Forgot your password" and an email will be sent to your preset address.
